The Zaragoza Fair hosted from November 17 to 20 the eighteenth edition of the International Exhibition of Public Works, Construction and Mining Machinery, SMOPYC. After four years of waiting, this fair space reopened its doors to the benchmark show for the sector in the Iberian Peninsula, southern Europe and North Africa. An unavoidable appointment to know the latest news in technology and machinery.

FRUMECAR, from the concrete sector, has endorsed the motto of the fair “Trends in the construction sector” and has presented a remote-controlled concretemixer at SMOPYC. With our new system, all maneuvers can be performed with a small joystick type control: innovation combined with simplicity. Operating a concrete mixer will be more efficient and safer, require fewer personnel, and have less risk of accidents. Together with the remote-controlled concrete mixer, we have presented one of our wet-mix concrete batching plants:  FASTMIX 500. An option that, in the minimum space, adapts to the needs of any business that needs concrete. The FASTMIX 500 is a component of the large family of wet concrete batch plants and dry concrete batch plants that at FRUMECAR we put at your disposal to satisfy all types of projects and companies.

SMOPYC concluded with an atmosphere of optimism among organizers, participants and visitors. The most negative economic forecasts have been proven wrong and the construction sector has been growing since the first quarter of 2021.

From FRUMECAR, we especially appreciate the effort made by the SMOPYC organization to have once again real personal contact with the multitude of professionals from the sector who have come to our stand during the four days. Listening to their needs and being able to present our news, physically, without screens, face to face was missed.
