FRUMECAR Mobile Block Making Machines

The Frumecar Mobile Block Making Machines are fully automatic machines specially designed for the manufacturing of concrete elements, without the need for operators and without using rails (optional over rails).

The machine is designed to produce blocks, ceiling blocks, curbs, planters, paving stones, manholes, gutters, ventilation ducts, wall blocks, greenhouse blocks, and all types of prefabricated elements with vertical demolding.

Its advanced technology and automation capacity make it highly effective and efficient for the mass production of high-quality precast pieces.

Main characteristics

Minimum and maximum height of pieces from 60 to 500mm.
Automatic alignment by parallelism using ultrasonic sensors and hydraulic leveling of the filling equipment.

Concrete mix receiving hopper with hydraulic closure and lateral rotation for cleaning.
4 brake vibrators of 3 kW each on the mold, and 2 motor vibrators with frequency variation and 3 kW in the machine, with a total installed power of 26 kW/35HP.
Front-wheel drive supported by 5 vulkollan wheels.
Metallic board with silent blocks for the perfect filling of the bottom of the pieces.

The TTH 500 concrete transport hoper is used for loading the Mobile Block Making Machine Frumecar with a forklift.
