This is how our self-service plants work

1 – Vehicle Positioning

The customer places his vehicle at the loading position of the self-service plant.

2 – Mixture Selection by the Customer

Through a touch screen, the customer chooses the desired mix type and quantity according to his specific needs.

3 – Automated Payment System

Once the mix is selected, the customer makes the payment by credit card.
Professional accounts are also available for companies that require frequent mixes.
Once payment is validated, the system will issue a QR code on a receipt.

4 – Dosing and Discharge of the Mixture

Once the QR code on the receipt is scanned, the plant automatically starts the batching process.
The components (cement, sand, gravel, additives) are weighed and mixed for discharge.
