WET 1000
Compact, reliable and robust – the WET 1000 family of concrete batching plants with concrete mixers is the most rational option if you need a versatile, automated and hassle-free plant. Each model has been designed as the optimum solution from an economic, logistics and functional point of view.
Fully pre-installed and tested at the factory, minimising the assembly and commissioning times.

Main characteristics
- Batching Cycles 1 m3.
- Different mixer options available: FTR1500/1000 Pan mixer, FPT1500/1000 Planetary, or FTS 1500/1000 Twin-shaft.
- Group of 4 square hoppers on 25 m3 panel.
- Aggregates batch by 1 m3 weighing conveyor.
- Scale for cement, with a 500 kg weighing capacity.
- Water dosing assembly with flowmeter.
- Water installation, equipped with a 4 kw supply pump and pressure regulation system.
- Pneumatic installation equipped with a 4 kw compressor.
- Surface area required to install the plant 160 m2.
Wet 1000C
Main characteristics
- Batching Cycles 1 m3.
- Different mixer options available: FTR1500/1000 Pan mixer, FPT1500/1000 Planetary, or FTS 1500/1000 Twin-shaft.
- Group of 4 square hoppers on 30 m3 panel (expandable to 80 m3 with automatic feeding system).
- Aggregates batch by 1 m3 weighing conveyor
- Lifting belt for transfer of aggregate to concrete mixer
- Scale for cement, with a 500 kg weighing capacity.
- Water dosing assembly with flowmeter.
- Water installation, equipped with a 4 kw supply pump and pressure regulation system.
- Pneumatic installation equipped with a 4 kw compressor.
- Surface area required to install the plant 180 m2.
Wet 1000L
Main characteristics
- Batching Cycles 1 m3.
- Different mixer options available: FTR1500/1000 Pan mixer, FPT1500/1000 Planetary, or FTS 1500/1000 Twin-shaft.
- Set of 4 hoppers in a line with total capacity 40 m3 (expandable to 125 m3).
- Lifting belt for transfer of aggregate to concrete mixer
- Scales for cement, with a 500 kg weighing capacity.
- Water dosing assembly with flowmeter.
- Water installation, equipped with a 4 kw supply pump and pressure regulation system.
- Pneumatic installation equipped with a 4 kw compressor.
- Surface area required to install the plant 400 m2.
